Refund and Cancelation Policy

Subscription cancellation You may cancel Your subscription at any time, for any reason. The cancellation is effective upon receipt of Your written notice of cancellation by our customer support staff. Your subscription will be cancelled since the next subscription month following your request to cancel the said subscription, however any fees charged for previous subscription, used or non-used neurons within the current subscription month will not be refunded, notwithstanding the provisions of the refund as set out herein.
Requesting Refund or Subscription cancellation
For enforcement of the credit or monetary refund or subscription cancellation please contact our support team directly via email [email protected]. Once your request is approved, you will receive a refund to your designated account, as set forth above. We will review and get back to you with an initial reply to your request within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
In the following circumstances you are entitled to request a monetary refund:
If it is proven that your card was used fraudulently on our website/application your money will be refunded. Should you suspect credit card fraud, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
For erroneous purchases made by you, provided that these are not systematic requests (one time only):
- a. If the purchased Neurons are not spent, then you are entitled to a full refund.
- b. If the purchased Neurons are spent partially, then you are entitled to a partial refund.
In case we terminated your subscription for any reason, with or without explanation.
